- All return/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date
- All ART GALLERY and SALE/DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free unused condition with an approved Authorization To Return email enclosed along with the actual receipt of purchase.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused or charged a up to a 50% restocking fee.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.
- Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of scanned delivery and prior to any use or wearing of an item or garment. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to report any damaged or defective items.
- Items not received upon expected delivery, need to be reported within 2 business days of the scanned delivery. (For example; your item was scanned as delivered on Tuesday, you must report to us no later than Thursday.)
- Approved refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.

- Please review o Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements may not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.
- You will need to send an email to email@example.com notifying us of your reason for the return and receive an authorization approval reply for your return before sending it.
- Please note that all returned items must be received in the condition they were sent to you. - Print and include the original receipt and return approval email with your package.
- We highly recommend using a trackable return method to ensure receipt. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2–5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.
